David C. Paulusse was born in
Bowmanville, Ont., Canada, in 1952. He received the Electronic
Engineering Technology diploma in 1982. He has been a Technical Officer
at the National Research Council of Canada since 1974, first in the
Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics and from 1986 to the present in the
Electrical Standards Group (RF and microwave) of the Institute for
National Measurements Standards.
